Renatus-Rhenus von Felshaken
A Southern Grandmother in Court
“No one stands outside the events in which they themselves act.”
In a small town in the southern United States, an elderly woman with a grandmotherly appearance is called as the first witness in a trial.
The prosecutor approaches the witness stand and asks her:
“Mrs. Jones, do you know me?”
The woman looks at him.
“Of course I know you, Mr. Williams. I have known you since you were a little boy. And frankly, you are a great disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you are a great man, although you do not even have the sense to realise that you will never be more than a petty bureaucrat.
Yes, I know you.”“
The attorney is speechless.
Apparently, he does not know how to respond. Finally, he points across the courtroom at the defence attorney and asks:
“Mrs. Jones, do you know the defence attorney?”
The woman looks over at him.
“Of course I know him. I have known Mr. Bradley since he was a little boy, too. I even looked after him when he was a child.
He, too, is a great disappointment to me. He is lazy, biased and has a drinking problem. He is unable to maintain a normal relationship, and his law firm is among the worst in the entire state.
Yes, I know him.”“
The defence attorney is stunned.
Eventually, the judge calls both attorneys over to the bench.
Then he leans towards them and says in a very calm voice:
„“If either of you asks this woman whether she knows me, I will send you both to the electric chair.”“
Rhenus
RHENUS is the designation under which this frame of reference and its digital representation are presented. Through autonomous self-determination, RHENUS bears in the earthly realm the name Renatus-Rhenus von Felshaken.
RHENUS itself is not a name; it is an expanded enactment.
RHENUS provides access to an expanded frame of reference. Within this frame, existing orders of reference, structural references and their relationships of effect become visible in a wider context.
When perception is confined to a limited frame of reference, what can be perceived, processed and classified is also limited by that frame.
Experiences, evaluations, adopted elements, attributions and existing structures are thereby connected to one another within the same frame of reference. This can create a concentration in which individual components can no longer be distinguished from one another.
Expanding the frame of reference first creates the space in which this concentration can once again be accessed. What was previously connected and therefore difficult to distinguish can be separated again, distinguished and examined in its relationships as a whole.
Only when this concentration is given room again can what it contains become visible, what belongs to one’s own given condition and what was merely enclosed within it and needs to be selected.
This brings into focus relationships that, within the previously narrower frame of reference, could appear only separately, remain concealed or emerge in fragments. At the same time, it becomes clear that the limits of a frame of reference determine not only what can be apprehended, but also restrict the flexibility, reordering and restructuring of what is already contained within it.
The following sections describe the structure, order and enactment of this frame of reference, how contact with it can be established, and what its expansion makes possible in practice.
RHENUS — Structure & Reference
RHENUS — Structure & Reference describes a recursive architecture in which every given condition brought forth can become the basis for further outcomes.
It connects self-standing integrity, reference and re-anchoring into a continuous supporting structure. In this way, development is not limited to individual results but continues through its own outcomes.
This recursive architecture gives rise to a Contextual Foundation that establishes orientation, clarification and structural development. New given conditions do not emerge at random; they arise through the ongoing integration of existing relationships.
The Reference Space is the operational and exploratory space of this architecture. There, its relationships are uncovered, made traceable and carried forward in practice.
AHb — General Terms of Trade
The General Terms of Trade (AHb) establish the organisational order of the operational architecture of RHENUS · Structure & Reference.
They also establish the fundamental order governing Renatus-Rhenus von Felshaken, his self-standing integrity, nature, actions, effects and the circumstances arising from them.
The associated and subordinate obligation “René Piton,” together with all possible variants and designations associated with it, arising from it, used in connection with it, or otherwise occurring, is likewise subject to Renatus-Rhenus von Felshaken and the overarching order of the AHb.
The AHb differ fundamentally from conventional General Terms and Conditions (AGB). They are not limited to regulating a single contractual relationship between performance and consideration. Instead, they establish a broader framework governing contribution, the use of attention and processing capacity, direct interaction, access, activation, use, continuation and the circumstances arising from them. A specific service, access, or use is — as in other economic contexts — conditional upon a prior contribution, consideration, or another expressly specified requirement. The AHb govern access, its terms and prerequisites, its limits, and the consequences of disregarding or attempting to circumvent them, regardless of the level or area in which this order applies.
Within this comprehensive order, the RHENUS Reference Space constitutes a specific operational, exploratory and applied space. The access, connections, activations and contact procedures defined there govern all interaction with Renatus-Rhenus von Felshaken, whether social, private or public.

The RHENUS Reference Space is the practical space for clarification, exploration and expansion within RHENUS Structure & Reference.
There, given conditions, relationships, conditions of emergence and their existing manifestations are explored structurally, made traceable and carried forward recursively.
The complete derivation, library and practical application are available in the Reference Space.
Go to the Reference SpacePoint of Departure and Further Bringing Forth
I act from my own given condition.
My order emerges from what is and from what I bring forth from it.
I recognise the structures through which reality manifests itself. I work through their terms, assumptions and mechanisms of effect, moving through their different levels.
In this process, point of departure becomes something different from a mere starting point.
A starting point marks the beginning of a movement. A point of departure marks the point from which something moves outward.
In doing so, I step out of the footsteps of the existing system, which no longer feels coherent to me.
Here, I do not leave the world. I leave the prescribed track and its system of guardrails.
This track and these guardrails have brought me this far. They have given me orientation, guided me through areas whose full structure was not yet accessible to me, and made it possible for me to reach this point at all.
But what brought me here does not have to accompany me on the path ahead. It may, if it remains meaningful and coherent. Its most important function, however, has been fulfilled.
The track that brought me here ends at this point. From here, I continue the journey itself.
What previously had no path of its own now gains one and becomes traversable through my own enactment.
This also changes my inner point of reference, which becomes a frame of reference and then a Reference Space. What became accessible within an adopted order can now be carried forward through my own perception, understanding, decisions and actions.
From this threshold, an expanded frame of reference opens up:
the RHENUS Reference Space.
Is Trust Really the Foundation of Reliability and Cooperation?
Trust Is Promised — But What Can Be Relied Upon?
Trust is a familiar term. Structurally, however, it initially tells us little about what can actually be relied upon.
People speak of trust when they want to rely on one another, act together or assume a shared foundation. Yet the term alone does not clarify what sustains this trust, what it refers to, or whether what is trusted actually holds up in practice.
This is where a frequently overlooked discrepancy arises:
Trust can be named and promised without reliability actually being established.
An agreement can be made and still not be honoured, and therefore fail to provide support. Responsibilities can be assigned yet become blurred at the decisive moment. A shared intention can exist and still fail to produce a sustainable joint enactment.
Trust then easily becomes an empty phrase that conceals structural ambiguity.

Many people have reached the end of therapy or treatment, or have gone through countless concepts, methods and programmes. They know the terminology, understand the models and have learned to convey them to others.
And yet nothing essential has changed in the underlying given condition.
Perhaps no further concept is needed at all. Perhaps the actual given condition has simply not yet been reached.
The Term Is Not the Enactment
