Origin of the Content

All content, structures, texts, sentences, markers, representations, independently established terms, term formations, conceptual designations and systems on this website arise from their own order, their own structural development and their own creation.

This applies in particular to the recursive logic of given conditions, the RHENUS Reference Space, the Reference Library, the General Terms of Trade (AHb), and the entire structural and substantive system of RHENUS Structure & Reference.

The content does not serve as a freely available template or general-purpose system of use, but forms part of an independently developed organizational order.

Use and Recommendation

Communicating the existence of the RHENUS websites, as well as naming, recommending or referring other beings to them, is expressly permitted.

Permission to communicate or recommend does not, however, constitute permission to adopt, reproduce, edit, replicate or otherwise use the protected content.

Any use, processing, reproduction, storage, publication, editing, translation, transfer, distribution, modification, transmission or adoption of protected content beyond the expressly permitted communication and recommendation requires the publisher’s prior explicit written consent.

This applies in particular to texts, independently established terms, term formations, conceptual designations, structures, formulations, systems, representations, orders, concepts, and organizational, linguistic and structural relationships of the associated websites rhenus.one and rhenus-referenz.space.

Protection of the Structure

The effectiveness of this content arises not primarily from its external form, but from the underlying structural substance and the context from which it has emerged and continues to emerge within the RHENUS architecture.

The distinctiveness of a creation therefore lies not only in its external presentation, but also in its internal order, its structural substance, its particular composition and its integration into the RHENUS architecture.

The isolated, extracted or structurally disconnected adoption of individual content, formulations or representations establishes neither an origin of one’s own nor a creation of one’s own.

Copies do not replace an origin.

Replication and Reconstruction

Protection also extends in particular to the complete or partial replication or reconstruction of the websites rhenus.one and rhenus-referenz.space, their content, structural design, appearance, functionality, systematics or particular composition.

This also applies to comparable implementations, transfers or reproductions in other languages or forms of presentation, insofar as protected content, structures or conceptual relationships are adopted or replicated as a result.

Written Consent and Licence to Use

Any written consent or licence to use that has been granted is limited to the scope expressly specified therein. It does not establish any further authorization to use the material and does not remove the protection afforded to the work as a whole or to other components not covered by the consent.

External Content

Where external content, notices or references are consulted within the RHENUS architecture, this takes place exclusively for the purpose of independent examination, classification and decision-making.

The use of external content, notices or references does not establish their adoption into the user's own order, nor does it constitute adoption of the external position contained therein.

Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

Anyone who uses, adopts, reproduces, edits, replicates or exploits protected content without authorization acts contrary to the applicable provisions of the AHb.

Unauthorized use, adoption or exploitation of protected creations is classified within the AHb according to the nature, scope and effect of the respective infringement. The resulting measures for compensation, restoration and enforcement, for which liability for damages may arise, are governed by the principles established for this purpose in that order.

The legal and organizational consequences of unauthorized use are governed by the applicable provisions of the AHb.

Amendments to This Statement

This statement may be amended or further developed if content, structures or organizational relationships change.

The published version in force at any given time shall be authoritative.

Final Provisions

This statement specifies the origin, use and protection of content throughout the RHENUS architecture and supplements the corresponding provisions of the AHb.
